Guests who wish to cancel their reservation are entitled to a refund of the deposit only when written notification is received by the Parc Hotel Du Lac within the following deadlines:

8 days before the arrival date indicated on the reservation. 5. 00€ will be retained for the management of the case, the remaining amount of the deposit will be returned. The Guest who renounces to the booking with written communication received by Parc Hotel Du Lac in the 7 days before the arrival date indicated in the booking – or who does not show – will not be entitled to any refund, with the right of Parc Hotel Du Lac to retain the 100 % of the deposit.

 METHODS FOR RETURNING THE DEPOSIT
If the methods for returning the deposit has been paid by credit card, it will be refunded to the same credit card used at the time of booking.
The amount will be displayed on the following credit card statement.
If the deposit has been paid by bank transfer, we need the name of the bank, IBAN and SWIFT\BIC codes to be able to make the refund.
IMPORTANT! The cancellation request must be sent by the holder of the reservation.

> EARLY DEPARTURE: in the event of early departure during the stay, payment is due for the missing nights already booked up to a maximum of 3 nights.

> LATE ARRIVAL: if the day of arrival is postponed up to 8 days before the arrival date, all unused but booked nights are payable.

  We accept cash up to 4999,99 € for guests from the EU. However, the law permits a higher amount only for guests from non-EU countries. We accept the following debit and credit cards: VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, Eurocard, and EC card.
  The bill can be paid the evening before departure or on the same morning.
• Cancellation
  Cancelling your holiday is unpleasant for both parties involved. That's why we strongly advise you to get Travel Cancellation Insurance. The cancellation policy may differ depending on the season and will be communicated to you along with the offer or booking.
• Requesting room service
  Our staff is delighted to provide you with breakfast in your room until 10:00 a.m. There is an additional fee of 10,00 € for this service.
• Animals
  Our hotel is not equipped to accommodate any type of animal.
• Arriving and departing
  Rooms are available for you starting at 3:00 p.m. Please let us know if you intend to arrive after 8:00 p.m. Please make sure to check out of your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
• Booking
  Your reservation at the Parc Hotel Du Lac will be considered confirmed once we have sent you a written confirmation and received a deposit from you. Your room will be available to you starting at 3:00 p.m. If you need a specific room number or have a specific plan, please inform us and we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, please understand that it may not always be possible.
