Withdrawal
Guests who want to cancel their reservation will only receive a refund of the deposit if they provide written notice to the Parc Hotel Du Lac within the specified timeframe:

• A handling fee of 5,00 € will be deducted from the deposit if the cancellation is made 8 days before the scheduled arrival date. The rest of the deposit will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is requested within 7 days of the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.

Ways to return the deposit

If the deposit was paid with a credit card, it will be refunded to the same credit card that was used at the time of booking. The amount will be displayed on your upcoming credit card statement.
If the deposit was paid via bank transfer, please provide us with the name of the bank, IBAN, and SWIFT/BIC code in order to process the refund.

• Payment
  We accept cash up to 4999,99 € for guests from the EU. However, the law permits a higher amount only for guests from non-EU countries. We accept the following debit and credit cards: VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, Eurocard, and EC card.
  The bill can be paid the evening before departure or on the same morning.
• Cancellation
  Cancelling your holiday is unpleasant for both parties involved. That's why we strongly advise you to get Travel Cancellation Insurance. The cancellation policy may differ depending on the season and will be communicated to you along with the offer or booking.
• Requesting room service
  Our staff is delighted to provide you with breakfast in your room until 10:00 a.m. There is an additional fee of 10,00 € for this service.
• Animals
  Our hotel is not equipped to accommodate any type of animal.
• Arriving and departing
  Rooms are available for you starting at 3:00 p.m. Please let us know if you intend to arrive after 8:00 p.m. Please make sure to check out of your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
• Booking
  Your reservation at the Parc Hotel Du Lac will be considered confirmed once we have sent you a written confirmation and received a deposit from you. Your room will be available to you starting at 3:00 p.m. If you need a specific room number or have a specific plan, please inform us and we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, please understand that it may not always be possible.
